School Administration

The administration of Kiira College Butiki is responsible for the day-to-day running of the college — academics, discipline, welfare, finance and the physical environment in which learning happens.

Office of the Head Teacher

The Head Teacher leads the college and is accountable to the Board of Governors and to the Ministry of Education and Sports for academic standards, staff, learners and resources.

Deputy Head Teachers

The Deputies support the Head Teacher across academics and administration, overseeing teaching and learning, discipline, examinations and the daily routine of the college.

Director of Studies

The Director of Studies coordinates the academic programme: schemes of work, the timetable, continuous assessment, internal examinations and the reporting of results to parents.

Heads of Department

Each subject department is led by a Head of Department who is responsible for the syllabus, teaching standards, learning materials and the performance of the subject at national examinations.

Bursar's Office

The Bursar manages school fees, procurement and the college accounts.
