Board of Governors

The Board of Governors is the governing body of Kiira College Butiki, constituted in line with the Education Act. It provides oversight and strategic direction, and holds the administration accountable for the standards the college sets itself.

Responsibilities

• Approving the college's strategic plan, budget and annual accounts.
• Overseeing infrastructure development and major procurement.
• Appointing and supporting the Head Teacher and senior staff.
• Monitoring academic performance and learner welfare.
• Representing the college to the Ministry, the district and development partners.
